Privacy policy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties and has no forms. The only personal data involved in an ordinary visit is what the web server has to write to its log in order to serve the page to you. Last updated 21 September 2026.

1. Who is the controller

The controller of personal data for this website, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is:

2. What we do not do

Stated plainly, because most privacy policies bury it:

• We set no cookies — none, not even “essential” ones.
• We use no analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party.
• We use no advertising pixels, no conversion tags and no remarketing tags.
• We do no fingerprinting — no canvas, font, device or behavioural profiling.
• We write nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
• We load no third-party resources: no web fonts, no content delivery network, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets. Every file the page requests comes from pravadin.online.
• We operate no contact form, no newsletter and no user accounts. There is deliberately no form on this site, because a form would collect data.
• We sell nothing and process no payment data.
• We never sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

3. What is processed when you visit

Server access logs

Like any web server, the server that delivers this site records each request it answers. A log entry typically contains the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the address requested, the HTTP status returned, the number of bytes sent, and the browser's user-agent and referring page where the browser supplies them.

Purpose

Delivering the site, diagnosing faults, and protecting against abuse such as attacks and automated scraping.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. We consider this proportionate because the data is minimal, is not combined with anything else, is not used to profile anyone, and is not used for advertising.

Retention

Log entries are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and are then rotated out and deleted in the ordinary course of server administration.

Recipients

The hosting provider processes them on our behalf as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. They are not passed to anyone else.

Your browser's referrer

This site sets the referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin. When you follow a link away from here, the destination is told only that you came from https://pravadin.online — not which page you were reading.

4. If you email us

If you write to info@pravadin.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, in order to reply — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a pre-contractual matter, otherwise Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering correspondence. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it and to meet any retention obligation that applies, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

5. When you follow a partner link

A partner link takes you to a third-party website. We do not track that click. We set nothing, log nothing extra and receive no personal data about you from it.

The link may carry campaign parameters that were already present in the address you arrived on — for example a utm_source or click identifier added by the advertising platform that brought you here. These are passed through to the advertiser so it can attribute the click. They are not read, stored or analysed by us.

Once you arrive at the advertiser's site, that operator becomes the controller of any data it collects, under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Read it before registering.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Following a link to a third-party site is not a transfer by us; it is you visiting another site.

7. Automated decision-making

None. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing that would identify a child. The game discussed here is distributed through app stores that operate their own age ratings and parental controls; if you are setting up a device for a child, configure purchase authorisation and spending limits in the store.

9. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time; we currently rely on consent for nothing.

To exercise any of these, write to info@pravadin.online. We will respond within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires. In practice, for an ordinary visit we hold nothing that identifies you beyond a short-lived server log entry, and we may need you to tell us the approximate time and IP address before we can locate anything at all.

10. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or place of work. Our lead authority is the Czech data protection authority:

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the version published here is the one in force and carries the date it was last changed. Because we collect so little, changes are likely to be rare.
